War is No Longer Relevant

Love ( the urge to unite ), not the speed of light , is the one constant of the Universe because love alone exists beyond time and space : Allen L Roland

War is no longer relevant because altruism and social cooperation lie deepest within us ~ and we resist this urge to unite at our peril. As such, war is no longer an option if the human species is to survive.
I believe it was Buckminster Fuller who wrote: " Either war will become obsolete or the human race will . "

How long must we trudge this bloody path of war before we realize we have another choice?

I have been able to prove, both personally and in my work as a psychotherapist, that beneath our deepest anger and resentment is love and a primal universal urge to unite which manifests itself as a state of love and soul consciousness. It is also the long sought for Unified Field.

The basic underlying and uniting force of the universe is a psychic energy field of love and soul consciousness ( The Unified Field ) which lies not only beyond time and space but also beneath our deepest fears.

Only when we personally take responsibility for that state of consciousness can we solve the problems of today's world and move beyond our present state of ego consciousness to our deepest state of soul consciousness.

Robert Rabbin, author and spiritual activist, writes of the same need for a political higher consciousness and concludes:

" We have to find the courage and faith to lift our consciousness to another level of understanding, one in which a killing mentality is no longer acceptable. "

"Terrorism cannot be overcome by the use of force," says the Dalai Lama. He shows us the texture of higher consciousness:

" It is no longer realistic to expect that our enemy will be completely destroyed, or that victory will be total for us. Or, for that matter, can an enemy be considered absolute. We have seen many times that today's enemies are often tomorrow's allies, a clear indication that things are relative and very inter-related and inter-dependent. Our survival, our success, our progress, are very much related to others' well being. Therefore, we as well as our enemies are still very much interdependent. Whether we regard them as economic, ideological, or political enemies makes no difference to this. Their destruction has a destructive effect upon us. Thus, the very concept of war, which is not only a painful experience, but also contains the seeds of self-destruction, is no longer relevant."

In other words, we are all brothers and sisters and we are almost at the tipping point where our urge to unite will overcome our urge to separate.

Sound far out ? Let me use the findings of the recent Nobel Prize winning researchers , Politzer, Gross and Wilczek, to prove my point.
They won the 2004 Nobel prize in physics for their studies of the "strong Force" ~ the powerful and mysterious energy that holds the nuclei of atoms together .

They explained the mystifying qualities of the strong force, which holds together the fundamental building blocks of nature, called QUARKS, to form protons and neutrons ~ two of the basic components of atoms.

Now, this is when it gets interesting .

Independently, they developed the theory and the mathematical equations to show that Quarks are held together by the strong force which, unlike any other force in the universe, gets stronger as the quarks get farther apart ~ a concept now known as "Asymptotic Freedom" .

The simplest analogy is to a rubber band encircling two objects.
When the objects are close together, the rubber band fits loosely. But as they are drawn apart, the rubber band stretches, trying to pull them back together .

Now, here is my take on these findings as applied to my Unified Field of Love and Soul Consciousness:

The strong force in the atom is the urge to unite which is the principle property of my Unified Field.
It is the same urge to unite that Einstein found when he discovered that photons ( light particles ) have a tendency to travel together versus act randomly ~ which eventually led to the discovery of the laser.

It is also the same urge to unite that Teilhard de Chardin speaks of when he wrote ~ If there were no real propensity to unite , even at a prodigiously rudimentary level, indeed, in the molecule itself ~ it would be physically impossible for love to appear higher up in the ' hominized ' or human form .

It is also the same urge to unite that loved ones feel when they are separated from each other ~ and the further apart the stronger the pull to be back together.
Since I'm a twin, I can really relate to this urge to unite when I was sometimes separated from my twin in early childhood.

This would also seemingly explain how the urge to unite would increase as the Universe continues to expand.

As such, it's a force that is stronger than Gravity!

Thus, the one constant of the universe would no longer be light at 186,000 miles per second for even light particles ( photons ) are subject to this force field of love , this driving urge to unite which exists beyond time and space.

And this would also explain why mankind is in the process of uniting while we seemingly are dividing and pulling away from each other.

And finally, on an individual level , it would explain the power of love, altruism and social cooperation and how we can no longer resist its innate pull and urge to unite versus separate.

In other words, as each one of us surrenders to this force ~ our planet will slowly heal itself and is, indeed, already in the process of doing so .

So next time you are outside on a clear and starry night spend a few moments looking into the heavens ( as I do every night before I retire ) . Tell me if that deep stirring within you isn't a profound primordial knowledge that you are connected to each one of those stars and that you most certainly are not alone.

And you most certainly are connected ~ for those stars are subject to the same urge to unite, that same Unified Field of love and soul consciousness that lies deepest within ourselves , as well as the atoms that make up the fundamental building blocks of nature.

Obviously, under these circumstances, electing a self-proclaimed WAR president ( George W. Bush ) makes absolutely no sense at all and is contradictory to the coming together of mankind.

We cannot escape our destiny and it is divine .
